Пришла весна, запели птички, и тает снег, а звери в лесу разбились по парам. Пришло время и Медведю проснуться. А проснувшись, Медведь встречает в весеннем лесу прекрасную Медведицу, томно читающую книжку на берегу озера. Восхищенный Медведь, вооружившись конфетами и цветами, спешит на свидание к Медведице, но тут на его пути появляется Маша. «С конфетами и без меня?!» Маша увлечения Медведя вовсе не разделяет и, конечно, становится препятствием для развития любовного романа. Кроме того, в лесу, кажется, появился соперник - на лапу Медведицы есть и другой претендент. Кому отдаст предпочтение Медведица?
