Pushpaka Vimanamu

Movies

Pushpaka Vimanamu is a silent dark comedy about an unemployed youth, played by Kamal Hasan, whose luck changes for the better when he finds a drunk millionaire passed out on the roadside. He keeps the millionaire captive in his house and decides to assume his identity to experience the life of the affluent and stays at the five-star hotel where the millionaire is put up. This is where he falls in love with a magician's daughter (Amala). Meanwhile, a contract killer is hired to kill the millionaire whose repeated failed attempts to kill Kamal with his 'Ice Knives' send the audience into a laughing frenzy. Eventually, Kamal's character realizes the heartache felt by the missing millionaire's wife and sets him free. He confesses the truth to the magician's daughter but she says that she still likes him and gives him a rose and a note, which is blown away by a gust of wind. The a typical ending of the movie sees Kamal standing in a single file line waiting for a job interview.

Party

Movies

Party movie is a fully comedy based subject in which these two Bujji (Naresh) and Nani (Shashank), college buddies. They are trapped by a local don for some minor misdemeanor. The duo needs one crore of rupees to save their screen. So they join a software firm (absurdly named Underwear Hardware and Software Company). It is headed by Rajendra Prasad (Brahmanandam). But he is killed and a look-like takes his place. In between, Rajendra Prasad's daughter (Madhu) falls for Bujji. What follows is a series of capers that leads to the unmasking of the killer and the duo's realization that there is never a short cut to the top.

Manasichi Choodu

Movies

Manasichi Choodu is a comedy entertainer directed by Rudraraju Suresh Varma. This film mainly deals with youth unemployment. Ravi Teja, Raasi & Vadde Naveen cast the main leads while the supporting cast has Suhasini, Ali & Ganesh Babu. Naveen loves Raasi from his childhood but they go their seperate ways to pursue higher studies. When Naveen makes his feelings known to Raasi, she accepts him and tells him that her father will let Naveen marry her only if he's settled with a good job and is in a position to take care of her. So, Naveen focuses all his time and energy in getting a job. Meanwhile, Raasi's father, unaware of his daughter's choice, plans to get her married to Srihari but when he learns that Raasi is in love with Naveen, he calls off the wedding. Insulted, Srihari kidnaps Raasi and holds her hostage. How Naveen and Raasi unite and how all their friends find jobs for themselves and all the consequences that follow forms the rest of the story.
