Kein geringerer als Deutschlands erfolgreichster Tischtennis-Verein aller Zeiten Borussia Düsseldorf (Bundesliga) spielte am gestrigen Dienstag 09.10.2007 ab 19 Uhr in einem Benefizspiel gegen den TTC Schwalbe Bergneustadt (2. Bundesliga). Alle Einnahmen dienten ausschließlich dazu, dem verunglückten Spieler ´Dieter Szametat´ zu helfen, wo finanzielle Engpässe entstehen. Das Benefizspiel wurde im Pokalsystem ausgetragen.
