My sincere apologies for my lack of contribution to the MPC world these last six months. I feel sometimes like I'm running out of good songs to "paint". However, springtime has begun, and with it, it has brought a rejuvenation to my mindset of life and creativity. Indeed, tonight is going to be a good, good night. This is one of the songs I hear every day I'm at work, and I never thought to put it to paint until three days ago. From start to finish, this took me about 9 hours over three days, including reworking tempos, fine-tuning, and re-recording several times to get the audio level right. While this isn't one of my favourite songs, I think it has a good beat, and it builds anticipation well. Oh, and this is the first time I've used every sound in the default sound set in one song. By the way, I'd call it "I Got A Feeling" to be grammatically correct—since "gotta" is short for "got to" and not "got a"—but I'm a stickler for consistency, and if Black Eyed Peas wants their song title grammatically incorrect, then so it shall be. Probably because we all spent hundreds in therapy trying to forget the dance moves... The video is only about a minute and a half long because that's about as much of the Macarena you can stand and have it still be funny. ;) I had to make small melodic sacrifices, but they're not terribly noticable.

I really liked it, so I downloaded it that night. Today, I bring you the Mario Paint version. XD! This was very fun to make, and it took me just over 3 hours.

Seriously, I had this one started over four months ago. I guess I just didn't know how the ending was going to turn out. There were a lot of sacrifices that needed to be made, especially in the percussion, but c'est la vie with MPC. Oh, well. Here I go again... with Here It Goes Again!

Wow it's been 8 months already? Holy cow. In the year following the final countdown, by subscribers increased eightfold. This is awesome, it really means a lot. Thanks for all the support guys! About the video. I originally had it planned for 1000 subscribers. It just took me so long to finish that it ended up being completed in about 4 months. Overall a combined 35 or so hours of work. I'm sure no one really missed me, or even noticed i was gone, and more epic songs than I could ever do have been released. But i love this song, and I hope you enjoy my interpretation. Also, i made my own soundfont, and i did not spend 35 hours just to have you call it fake, so you might as well not comment on that because I'll delete it anyway. Tempo is 2944. For Emily :)
