Using a budget of just $AU300 ($US265) I wanted so see if it was possible to build a powerful gaming machine. The majority of the parts are used and were sourced through computer markets and online classifieds and forums. The graphics power is delivered by the still capable combination of an Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 and ATI 3870x2.
